Most volunteering happens directly through CSL’s member projects — repairing bikes, stocking a pantry, staffing the Toolshare or helping at an event. Explore the project directory to find one that fits your interests, then reach out to that project directly.

Start a Project
Have an idea for a community project?
CSL offers fiscal sponsorship and incubation support to grassroots sustainability projects, handling the nonprofit back-office so organizers can focus on their work. New Projects and CSL enter into a shared Project Agreement that spells out what CSL provides and what’s expected in return.
To propose a new project, email contact@simplycsl.org with a short description of your idea.
